Terms & Conditions – 23bt Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 23bt — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other available channel — you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms, as well as all supplementary policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules.

Acceptance takes place at the time of registration, when you check the confirmation box before creating your account. If you access the Platform without having completed the formal registration process, your use of the Platform constitutes agreement to the current Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of interpreting these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

3Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at 23bt, the user must meet all of the criteria below:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, such as the Registry of Persons with Restrictions on Access to Gambling (CEPRAJUD) or equivalent.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Have no account previously blocked or suspended by 23bt for Terms violation.

Each user may have only one account on the 23bt, identified by the registered CPF. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved and retention of balances pending investigation. If you believe a duplicate account was created by mistake, contact support immediately.

The information provided during registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate and up to date. A 23bt reserves the right to request additional documents to verify information at any time.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

A 23bt is required by regulation to verify users' identities before processing withdrawals. This is a one-time process and, once approved, does not need to be repeated.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport).
• CPF or proof of enrollment with the Federal Revenue Service.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days.
• Proof of the payment method used (in specific cases involving fraud analysis).

The document review period is up to 2 business days. During this period, withdrawals will be held pending release. Deposits and bets remain available as normal. If the submitted documentation is rejected, the support team at 23bt will reach out via the registered email with instructions for resubmission.

5Deposits

A 23bt accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$):

• Pix — Instant, available 24/7. The platform's preferred method.
• Boleto Bancário — Credited within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit Card — Immediate processing subject to operator approval.
• Debit Card — Instant processing.
• PicPay — Instant processing.
• Mercado Pago — Instant processing.
• TED Transfer — Banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. Same business day settlement if sent by 5 PM.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method used and the account profile. No deposit fee is charged by 23bt; any applicable fees are the responsibility of the user's financial institution.

All deposits must be made exclusively by the account holder. Using cards, bank accounts, or Pix keys belonging to third parties is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and balance retention pending an anti-money laundering (AML) investigation.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 23bt are processed primarily via Pix, with an average processing time of under 3 minutes after approval. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have completed the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Have sufficient available real-money balance (bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the rollover requirement).
• Provide a Pix key or bank account registered in your own name and CPF.
• No pending bets that could affect the requested balance.

A 23bt may carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00. In such cases, the timeframe may be extended to up to 3 business days. The user will be notified by email if any additional verification is required.

Withdrawals to bank accounts, Pix keys, or third-party details that do not match the CPF of the account holder at 23bt. Withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will be automatically blocked and support will be notified.

7Bonuses & Promotions

A 23bt offers periodic promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which should be read before activation. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• To convert Bonus Balance into withdrawable real balance, you must complete the wagering requirement (rollover) specified in the promotion — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Balance has an expiration date. Unused bonuses or those with an unmet rollover requirement within the deadline are automatically canceled.
• Bets with odds below 1,50 generally do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover. Please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, per registered CPF.
• A 23bt reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or the creation of multiple accounts to accumulate promotions is suspected.

8Betting Rules

Bets on 23bt follow the standard rules of the sports betting market, with the specifics outlined below:

• Single and multiple (accumulator) bets are accepted. The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00.
• A bet is only valid once confirmed by the system and assigned a ticket number. Unconfirmed bets are not binding on 23bt.
• Postponed events: If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets are cancelled and the balance is returned to the user.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned with the result still undetermined, bets are canceled. If the score at the time of abandonment is deemed official by the sport's governing body, the result will stand.
• Odds changed before confirmation: If the odds change between the time of clicking and ticket confirmation, the user will be notified and may choose to accept or decline the new value.
• A 23bt reserves the right to limit or refuse bets where there is suspicion of match-fixing, abusive arbitrage, or obvious pricing errors.
• Live bets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match (goal, red card, penalty) and reopened shortly after with updated odds.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official result from the responsible sports authority, the official result always prevails. Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to support within 7 calendar days after the event ends.

9Casino & Games

The casino games available at 23bt — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and poker — are provided by internationally certified suppliers. Each game has its own published RTP (Return to Player), available on the game's info sheet.

• The outcomes of digital games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), independently audited by third-party entities.
• Live games with a real dealer are streamed from certified physical studios, with high-definition cameras visible to players.
• The round history for each session is available in the user's account area for up to 90 days.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game session, the bet is settled according to the result recorded on the server at the time of disconnection. A 23bt is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated bots, or run real-time analysis software are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

10User Conduct

By using the 23bt, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or in any interaction with the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts with different CPFs to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any artificial mechanism to interact with the games or the betting system.
• Deliberately attempting to exploit technical flaws, odds errors, or system inconsistencies.
• Conducting financial transactions involving proceeds from illegal activity (money laundering).
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, colluding with other players, or agreeing on outcomes in poker games or any other games.
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account.

Any identified violation may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bonuses, and balance retention pending investigation. A 23bt cooperates with competent authorities in investigations of unlawful activity.

11Responsible Gambling

A 23bt adopts a strong responsible gambling policy. We believe entertainment should be sustainable and safe for all users. Tools available on the Platform include:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. The limit takes effect immediately once configured.
• Bet limit: Set a maximum amount per bet or per gaming session.
• Temporary pause: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, access to the Platform is completely blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure through support. The process is irreversible for a period of 6 months from the date of the request.
• Verified fact: Automatic alerts regarding session time and betting volume over defined periods.

12Privacy & LGPD

A 23bt processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The legal bases for processing include compliance with a legal obligation, performance of a contract, and legitimate interest.

The data collected is used for:

• Account registration, authentication, and maintenance.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Communications about your account, promotions, and Platform updates (with the option to unsubscribe at any time).
• Ongoing Platform improvement and personalization of the user experience.

Personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with service providers essential to the Platform's operation (payment processors, identity providers) or as required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our support team by email at contato@23bt.best. Requests will be fulfilled within 15 business days, as required by the LGPD.

13Account Suspension & Closure

A 23bt may suspend or close your account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Submission of fraudulent documents during the KYC process.
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure).
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months with no transactions of any kind.
• By order of a competent authority.

In the event of suspension for a violation, the existing balance is held during the investigation period. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be canceled. If the investigation finds no irregularity, the balance is returned to the user within 5 business days.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. Any available real balance will be withdrawn via Pix to your own account before closure. Bonus balance with an incomplete rollover requirement is forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14Limitation of Liability

A 23bt will make every reasonable effort to keep the Platform available and fully operational. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of the account by third parties due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the Platform.
• Odds changes caused by natural market movement between the time a bet is intended and the time the ticket is confirmed.

The maximum liability of the 23bt to any user, for any reason, is limited to the real balance held in the account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

15Changes to the Terms

A 23bt may update these Terms at any time, particularly to reflect regulatory changes, new services, or operational adjustments. Any changes will be communicated to the user at their registered email address with a minimum notice of 7 calendar days before taking effect.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may close your account before the effective date with no penalty on your available real balance.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

16Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of the 23bt that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be referred to Court of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

A 23bt is committed to resolving disputes out of court. Before taking any legal action, the user must formally submit their complaint by email to contato@23bt.best. The response time is 10 business days. Only after all direct resolution attempts have been exhausted should the user escalate to external channels.
